2.	CONSENT CALENDAR
2-1	Approve final map and subdivision agreement for Shasta Hills Estates Subdivision, Phase 3 Unit 1 (S-15-03), located on the west side of Churn Creek Road south of College View Drive, by Redwood Shasta Investors (S-101-036)

2-2	Approve final map and subdivision agreement for Sunset Avenues Subdivision Units 1 & 2 (S-14-03), located on Buenaventura Boulevard north of Eureka Way, by Boyce Muse (S-101-064)

2-3	Notice of Completion, Bid Schedule No. 3753 (Job No. 2230), street overlay project (B-050-020 & S-070-200)

2-4	Approve request to increase contingency fund for contract change orders for Bid Schedule No. 3727 (Job No. 9507-15), sidewalk repair project 2003-04 (B-050-020 & S-070-285)

ACTION: ALL ITEMS ON CONSENT CALENDAR WERE EITHER ACCEPTED, ADOPTED, OR APPROVED

CONVENED THE SPECIAL MEETING OF THE REDDING REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY TO HOLD A JOINT MEETING WITH THE REDDING CITY COUNCIL TO CONSIDER THE FOLLOWING ITEMS:

3.	Resolution No. 2004-199 approving the use of redevelopment tax increment funds to construct a traffic signal and related road work within the Market Street Redevelopment Project, and making the required findings; and Contribution agreement with the California Department of Transportation (R-030-145-350/S-050-100/T-080-700)
Action: Adopted Resolution No. 2004-199 makings finds and approving the use of tax increment funds to construct a traffic signal on State Route 273 at Clear Creek Road and related road work within the Market Street Project Area; and approving the Contribution Agreement with the Redding Redevelopment Agency and the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) for construction of same.

4.	Resolution No. 2004-200 approving the use of redevelopment tax increment funds to relocate a utility pole at the southeast corner of the intersection of East and Tehama Streets within the Market Street Redevelopment Project Area, and making required the findings (R-030-145-350 & E-090-160)
Action: Adopted Resolution No. 2004-200 making findings and approving the use of tax increment funds to relocate a utility pole at the southeast corner of the intersection of East and Tehama Streets within the Market Street Redevelopment Project Area.

5.	Resolution No. 2004-201 approving utilizing redevelopment funds from the sale of surplus property in the Canby-Hilltop-Cypress Redevelopment Project Area to assist financing the construction of Fire Station No. 8, and making the required findings (R-030-050-310 & C-050-275-080)
Action: Adopted Resolution No. 2004-201 making findings and approving funds from the sale of surplus properties in the Canby-Hilltop-Cypress Redevelopment Project Area to assist in financing the construction of Fire Station No. 8.
