CONVENED THE SPECIAL MEETING OF THE REDDING REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY TO HOLD A JOINT MEETING WITH THE REDDING CITY COUNCIL TO CONSIDER THE FOLLOWING ITEMS:
   
3. Resolution No. 2004-199 approving the use of redevelopment tax increment funds to construct a traffic signal and related road work within the Market Street Redevelopment Project, and making the required findings; and
Contribution agreement with the California Department of Transportation

Action: Adopted Resolution No. 2004-199 makings finds and approving the use of tax increment funds to construct a traffic signal on State Route 273 at Clear Creek Road and related road work within the Market Street Project Area; and approving the Contribution Agreement with the Redding Redevelopment Agency and the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) for construction of same.

Resolution No. 2004-200 approving the use of redevelopment tax increment funds to relocate a utility pole at the southeast corner of the intersection of East and Tehama Streets within the Market Street Redevelopment Project Area, and making required the findings

Action: Adopted Resolution No. 2004-200 making findings and approving the use of tax increment funds to relocate a utility pole at the southeast corner of the intersection of East and Tehama Streets within the Market Street Redevelopment Project Area.

Resolution No. 2004-201 approving utilizing redevelopment funds from the sale of surplus property in the Canby-Hilltop-Cypress Redevelopment Project Area to assist financing the construction of Fire Station No. 8, and making the required findings
