SPECIAL MEETING NOTICE AND AGENDA

TO THE MEMBERS OF THE REDDING CITY COUNCIL:

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Special Meeting of the Redding City Council is hereby called by the undersigned and under the authority vested in him by Section 54956 of the Government Code of the State of California. The meeting is to take place on Tuesday, August 19, 2008, at 5:30 p.m. in the Redding City Council Chambers, 777 Cypress Avenue, Redding, California.

If anyone wishes to address the City Council on any item considered at this meeting before or during Council's consideration of that item, please fill out a Speaker Request Form and submit it to the City Clerk.

Business to be transacted at said meeting, and the only business to be transacted is as follows:

2.	Possible discussion re proposal from WestVenture Development relative to their office building at 1031 Butte Street (C-070-010 & C-050-550)
