Action Agenda - City Council Special Meeting of October 19, 2009

JOINT MEETING WITH THE REDDING MUNICIPAL LIBRARY BOARD TO CONSIDER THE FOLLOWING:

2.	Consideration of new Code of Conduct Policy; and Proposed Ordinance No. 2441 amending Redding Municipal Code Section 2.42.120, Redding Municipal Library Regulations regarding Suspension of Library Customers [L-050-500 & L-050-010]
	Action: Adopted proposed Shasta Public Libraries’ Code of Conduct policy; approved the amendment to Redding Municipal Code Section Title 2 (Administration and Personnel), Chapter 2.42 (Redding Municipal Library), Section 2.42.120 (Library Regulations), by adding Subsection 2.42.120.A11 relating to prohibited activity on the grounds of the Redding Municipal Library; and offered Ordinance No. 2441 for first reading and waived the full reading.
