WSI Training Including Fundamentals of Instructor Training
Become a certified swim instructor. Pre-requisite: 16 years old, level IV swimming ability, student must pass a pre-course water skills test. Certificates are valid one year & may be renewed with teaching rosters submitted.

Lifeguard Training Including FirstAaid, CPR PRO
This class will certify you to become a pool lifeguard. Prerequisite: 15 years or older, swim 300 yd continuously with breath control, swim 25 yds, retrieve a 10lb diving brick in 10 ft. of water, and tread water without use of hands for 2 minutes.

LifeGuard Training-Blended Learning
The new blended learning Lifeguarding course from the American Red Cross builds the same knowledge and skills as our traditional in-person training. The online format enables teens and young adults to complete interactive lessons and activities on their own time. Instructor-led sessions reinforce learning and emphasize skill building. Prerequisite: 15 years or older, swim 300 yd continuously with breath control, swim 25 yd, retrieve a 10lb diving brick in 10 ft. of water, tread water without use of hands for 2 minutes. Precourse must be completed before online course is started.

Basic Water Rescue
Basic Water Rescue is designed to provide individuals such as public safety personnel, aquatic fitness instructors and aquatic therapists, with information and skills necessary to prevent, recognize and respond to aquatic emergencies. This course will also prepare individuals for aquatic emergencies by teaching them how to protect themselves while assisting others.
