Kids Night was designed to be a ton of fun where you can drop-in weekly and play active games, arts and crafts, use our computer lab, including an exciting and nutritious meal.

Positively Girls Club!

Girls 8 and up

PGC is a fun way to make new friends, learn new things and grow positively. Take part in our awesome programming like quilting, sewing, kayaking, hiking and more. This club offers a sisterly environment to get to know each other through girl talk, world viewpoints, fun activities, exciting field trips, and community service around the city. Call us for information about our special summer events, regular weekly programming will resume in August 2013.

Catalyst Hip-Hop

Catalyst Hip Hop Dance
Ages 7 and up
Come learn Hip Hop Dance routines from a master Choreographer! Styles will include Breakdancing, popping, locking, house & Free-style. The atmosphere will be fun and appropriate for any level of interest and experience. Instructor Fred Vassallo.

King's Brotherhood

Boys 9-15 years old

This weekly club fosters positive attitudes, healthy mind and body, builds leadership and social skills as well as self worth. Come enjoy the great activities that we have to offer including playing sports, computer lab, snacks, and much more. Cougar's Den

Cypress School students are invited to join the Cougar's Den Afterschool Program at the MLK Center!

This program is a partnership with the Redding School District and runs Monday-Friday from 2:45-6:00 pm. The Cougar's Den is dedicated to providing academic enrichment, homework assistance, promoting positive peer interactions, recreation, and a safe environment where students can have fun and learn new skills while in a supervised setting. The program is available to all Cypress students in K-5th grade.
