ZONING ORDINANCE - The broad purposes of the Zoning Ordinance are to implement the goals and policies of the General Plan and promote and protect the public health, safety, peace, comfort, and general welfare of the City of Redding. The City completely revised its Zoning Ordinance in 2002, effective December 5, 2002. The ordinance was subsequently amended by the City Council on December 17, 2002, September 4, 2003, and April 19, 2005.
