STILLWATER BUSINESS PARK

Shastina RanchSHASTINA RANCH (click picture to enlarge)
Shastina Ranch, to be constructed by Palomar Builders, is a 220-acre, master planned community located west of Airport Road, bisected by the proposed extension of Shasta View Drive. Clover Creek runs through the project. A comprehensive process of analysis, planning, and design were applied to this development; and regional and local circulation, land use relationships, and natural and environmentally sensitive systems were carefully studied as well. Architectural styles were derived from historic examples within Redding’s established neighborhoods. Landscape treatments were designed to complement and blend with the existing natural environments. Five distinct neighborhoods will be developed, with lot sizes ranging from 6,600 square feet to 14,250 square feet. Home sizes will range from 1,200 square feet to 2,800 square feet. The architectural styles proposed for Shastina Ranch will be French Country, Traditional, Craftsman, Prairie, Italianate, Spanish Revival, and European Cottage.
