About Us
Public Works-Field Operations is dedicated to provide Redding with excellent service every day.
The Public Works Department is able to perform its broad range of functions by having a highly skilled staff of approximately 100 full-time employees.
We provide and maintain the water, sewer, and storm drainage utilities for the City of Redding. We have a variety of programs to promote water quality protection, water conservation, and a variety of other essential services.
