Administration Support assists the Storm Drain, Water, Wastewater, Electrical Technicians/USA, and Street Division. Administration consists of clerical support, financial support, utility locates in the public street/sidewalk, and GIS database management. As such, costs are paid by the utilities to support their activities.
Clerical

Two staff members
- Prepares letters, memos, and reports
- Weekly payroll for Water, Wastewater, Storm Drain, Streets, USA/Electrical Technicians, and Administration personnel
- Keeps track of Departmental files
- Answers Departmental phones and radios
- Assist customers with concerns
- Help coordinate Public Works' employees and emergency responders with various incidents occurring in the City of Redding
