Administration/Support Services supports the Solid Waste, Storm Drain, Water, Wastewater, and Street Division. Administration consists of clerical support, financial support, utility locates in the public street/sidewalk, and GIS database management. As such, costs are paid by the utilities to support their activities.

- Weekly time sheets for Water, Wastewater, Storm Drain, Streets, and Administration personnel
- Keeps track of Departmental files
- Answers Departmental phones and radios
