A 150' X 140' commercial property located in downtown Redding on the northwest corner of East and Butte Streets across from Redding Medical Center. The parcel is level and at the street grade. All parking meters will be removed from the property prior to transfer of ownership. Public Parking Lot #1 adjacent to and west of this property is available under a separate bid announcement. |
| Date | Sealed bids will be accepted until 5 PM, February 20, 1997. Bids should be submitted to Assistant Planner Sue Thompson at the address below. Bids will be opened at 3 PM, February 21, 1997, in Conference Room "B," at City Hall located at 760 Parkview Avenue. After sealed bids are opened, oral bids will be accepted. The initial oral bid must be at least 5% higher than the highest sealed bid. Subsequent bids must be in increments of not less than $500. The successful bidder will be awarded a 30-day option to purchase the property. |
